A DUI or DWI can be scary and trying to meet the requirements to complete these program can often be confusing and complicated. Below we have given some brief descriptions of our varying length DUI classes online. All classes are self-paced and can be taken over several hours, days, weeks or longer as needed. *We recommend you get prior approval to take our class online first before enrolling to ensure it will be acceptable for your specific requirements. Some state courts and DMV/s will allow online programs, while others will not. It is your responsibility to confirm whether a distance learning program will work in your particular case.

8 Hour DUI/DWI Class
Our 8 hour online DUI course is mostly commonly taken for charges related to a DUI offense or as a preemptive measure prior to a court hearing. While it is our shortest length class, it is the one most commonly taken. If you don’t already have a requirement, we would recommend taking this class first. If you need to enroll in a longer program, you can always upgrade later.
10 Hour DUI/DWI Class
This 10 Hour DUI class online is usually taken because one has a requirement to take a 10 hour class either for a court requirement, DMV requirement, or both. This 10 hour class is also commonly taken because certain states, might require this length class specifically.
12 Hour DUI/DWI Class
Our 12 hour DUI class online is also a very common length class to take and is frequently the length class required by many state courts. Some states may even require a 12 hour class vs. other length class options. This program can be taken as a level 1 or level 2 class. If you are unsure which level to take, then we recommend taking the level 1 class.
16 Hour DUI/DWI Class
This class is taken for those with a 16 hour class requirement for a DUI or DWI. The 16 hour DUI class online can be taken as a level 1 or 2 program. Again, we recommend you take it as a level 1 class unless otherwise directed.
20 Hour DUI/DWI Class
Generally the 20 hour DUI class is taken for states that require a 20 hour class. The class can be taken over several days, weeks or longer, if needed. If you think you need a longer or shorter duration class, then please check your court order or other legal documentation to confirm which length class you need to take.
24 Hour DUI/DWI Class
The 24 hour DUI class is also a very common class taken, as many states require 24 hours as their standard length program. This class, as all of our other programs can be taken completely online from any location.
30 and 32 and 36 Hour DUI/DWI Classes online
These longer programs are typically taken when one is required to take a 30, 32 or 36 hour class specifically for a DUI or DWI requirement. Sometimes the court will request this length class, other times it may be a the request of probation or the DMV
CA DUI Classes for Non-CA Residents
We offer several programs that are CA specific for non-CA residents. CA residents must take all classes in person. If you live out of state, you may be able to take one of the programs below with prior approval.
