These assessments often include standardized tests such as the Morimor-Filkins, SASSI, MAST, DRI, and others that are commonly used to evaluate the presence and severity of substance use disorders. Our evaluators also provide diagnostic impressions based on the DSM-5, ensuring an accurate and thorough evaluation.

Our certified substance abuse counselors will conduct your evaluation, assess the results, and provide a detailed write-up with their professional recommendations. This evaluation can help clarify the nature and extent of any substance use disorder and determine the appropriate next steps for treatment or compliance with legal requirements.

Most substance abuse assessments take around one hour to complete and can be scheduled quickly—typically within 24 hours of purchase. We will send your results via USPS First Class Mail at no additional charge, or you may choose expedited FEDEX shipping for an additional fee. Once you purchase your assessment, one of our trained counselors will promptly contact you to arrange a time for your evaluation.
Important: You are responsible for providing any necessary forms or documentation for review. We do not supply state, DMV, or other legal forms.
Phone or Online Video Evaluation
If you prefer, your evaluation can be conducted over the phone or through online video conferencing. This allows you to complete the process without leaving home. Our staff will reach out to schedule your phone or video assessment once you’ve made your purchase. Upon completion, you’ll receive a formal written report via email, and a hard copy will be mailed to you free of charge.

Expedited Substance Abuse Evaluation (Available Monday through Friday)
If you need your evaluation completed quickly, select our Expedited Evaluation option. For assessments to be completed on the same day, please ensure your request is received by 12 PM PST, Monday through Friday. If you place an order over the weekend, we will contact you on the next business day to schedule your evaluation.
Once your purchase is complete, our staff will contact you to arrange the assessment. If we’re unable to reach you, we’ll leave a message. If you don’t return the call by 5 PM PST, the assessment will be rescheduled for the next business day. Results will be emailed to you the same day, and a hard copy will be mailed.
